Delete your account

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time, either from inside the application or by writing to us. There is no retention period you have to wait out and no requirement to contact support first.
From inside the app
Open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account and the data associated with it are removed. This cannot be undone.
By email
Write to privacy@wisewebservices.app from the email address associated with your account, naming the application you want deleted from. We will confirm the request, delete the account, and reply to confirm — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and authentication credentials
- All content you created in the application
- Any preferences or settings stored against your account
What we may retain, and for how long
We keep only what we are required to keep: records needed to meet a legal, tax, or accounting obligation, and minimal security logs retained for up to 90 days to protect against abuse. Retained records are not used to rebuild your account or to identify you in any product.
Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you or your device may be retained indefinitely.
